Good evening. My name is Aarav Singh. I build software, and I take photographs. This page is the record of both.

Ten worlds, and a desktop to open them in Ten businesses, each a complete website with its own type, palette and motion — none built from a shared template.

about me

i'm aarav. i'm 13. i teach myself things at 2am and then i go to school and pretend i slept.

i got into software because i wanted to automate things and then never stopped. i've shipped ai agents, api gateways, a c++ terminal that controls a door with an rfid reader, and one project that sends files across a room using nothing but light.

the honest version is that i'm mostly self taught. github taught me more than any tutorial did — reading code somebody better than me wrote is the fastest way to learn. i don't have a degree yet. i've got a github with real things in it, which i think counts for something.

when i'm not coding i'm shooting on a 750d, watching f1 for the leclerc story, or writing long messages to friends at midnight about things i can't say out loud.

the camera

specs, not promises

same camera for every photo here, held badly, in whatever light was going. the specs below are the specs; the reason it matters is that it goes out with me either way.

Separate from this page, which is the record of real work. These are ten invented businesses — a coastal hotel, a ramen bar, a bicycle workshop, a surf school, a grocery — each built end to end as its own website, then installed as an app on a small operating system you can drag windows around in.
